Assignment #1 - I will meet with any scouts who are ready, on Jan 20th after the meeting

Read the posted handbook section covering requirements 1 & 2. 

For Req #1 - Make a list of the rights, duties, and obligations of a citizen in the community.  Be prepared to discuss what citizenship in the community means, and what it means to be a good citizen.

For Req #2 - Do the map of relevant locations based on the area where you live.  Look up the local government for one of these - Raleigh, Wake County, or whatever is relevant to where you live.  Start on the diagram if you can.

I will meet with anyone ready on January 20th, after the meeting.
